Please keep in mind, in order for us to accept your return, the below requirements must be met;

• The item is unworn, in brand new condition with original packaging.
• The item is returned to us within 28 days of delivery date.
• The item was not purchased in a sale (Black Friday etc.)

• The item must be returned by the original purchaser, with proof of purchase from www.stax.com.au directly.  
• Sale items, promotional items and free gifts (unless faulty) are not eligible for return.
